One of my bosses forwarded me an email asking to translate a flier for “Walk in Park With the Mayor” event coming up.

I mean…they don’t know ANYONE in the higher ups or at least an intern that can do this? I (someone who is in no way affiliated with the event) can’t be the only person who can do this. Bad enough that I wound up translating the summer program’s entire parent curriculum for free, but now I’m being rounded up to do this shit off the clock. They need to copy and paste from google translate because that will be the same nonsensical mixed up jargon that’s gonna come out of the mayor’s mouth in the event that a spanish speaker asks him a question.
